The Role: 

As a Senior Product Owner at Yields, you will play a critical role in the successful implementation of their software for new clients. With the company’s continued growth and the complexity of these implementations, they are looking for an experienced professional to lead and optimize these processes.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead implementation projects for new clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient integration of the solutions.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary product team across Belgium and Romania to guide product strategy and development.
• Evaluate and optimize team composition to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with strict security, stability, and scalability requirements as set by clients.
• Align with the Customer Success team to identify and address functional gaps during implementation projects.
• Contribute to the future expansion of the product and grow alongside the company.

Your profile:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, ideally with complex products in regulated environments.
• Strong technical insight, with knowledge of .NET and Kubernetes or a willingness to learn and understand these technologies.
• Experience with SaaS solutions and a solid understanding of challenges in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with security standards and risk management practices, preferably in industries such as banking or aviation.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with international teams.
• Resilient under pressure and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to regularly visit offices in Antwerp or Ghent to ensure smooth collaboration and communication with the teams.
