The role:
- Acquire & retain customers: you'll be laser focused on acquiring new customers in the field on a daily basis, with a focus on restaurants, hotels, and bars. While hunting for new customers, you maintain strong relationships with existing customers and seek upselling opportunities.
- Organise tastings & trainings: The cocktails sell themselves, your only job is to get them on people's lips. You'll organise frequent tastings and staff trainings at your customer's venues, and attend our yearly trade shows.
- Build wholesaler relationships: In order to get the cocktails to the horeca customers, wholesaler partners are needed to deliver the goods. On top of that, great wholesaler relationships will bring in more sales because they become brand ambassadors.
- Keep your admin clean: You'll be handling incoming leads for your region, transfer new orders to the back office, make sure your CRM is up to date, and report to the head of sales during weekly sales meetings.
Your profile:
- A bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of sales experience or in a similar role.
- You get energy from going on the road and making contact with new prospects and existing customers.
- You possess an ‘I can do anything’ mindset, work independently and take the initiative to make improvements.
- You are commercially minded, persuasive and results-oriented.
- You are a good listener and possess profound verbal and written communication skills.
- You can thrive in a scale-up environment where everything is constantly evolving and where flexibility in working hours is needed.
- You live in the Liege & Luxembourg region.
- You speak French and English.
