For their department in Brussels they are now looking for an AI engineer.

Purpose of the role:

You will work in the product team that builds Netcall’s flagship solution, Liberty platform, which combines low-code development, process automation (RPA), intelligent document processing (IDP), and contact center capabilities. AI is infused throughout each of the solutions in the platform.

Key responsibilities:

• Solve real-world problems and eliminate bottlenecks
• Advance the various aspects of the AI product in line with their roadmap
• Apply foundational models within the domain of Intelligent Document Processing
• Fine-tune Large Language Models such as Mistral, Llama and Falcon
• Work closely with Netcall’s clients to address their specific challenges and use-cases
• Bring the results of your work from the lab environment into production at the clients
• Above all, ship lots of high quality code in every sprint!

Who are you?

• You have 2 - 4 years of experience in a similar role
• You have a degree in computer science or equivalent work experience
• A brilliant engineer that likes to translate business challenges into cutting-edge technical solutions
• You pride yourself in seeing the impact from your work in a product that is used daily at our clients
• Very proficient in Python (good coding practices and efficiency)
• Hands on experience with Large Language Models (prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning)
• Keen to explore the very latest technologies
• Experience in version control (git - branches, pull requests)
• Experience in or willing to work with Agile development methodology
• Experience with Continuous Development / Continuous Integration (Bitbucket pipelines)
